Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items. After 30 days, we can't accept returns, but we're always happy to help troubleshoot fitment or installation — reach out.
Condition Requirements
Returned parts must be in new, unused, unpainted condition with all original hardware and packaging. Parts that have been installed, modified, or scratched cannot be accepted.
If your part has been painted, powder-coated, or otherwise finished after receipt, it's no longer eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We'll email you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Please do not ship a return without an authorization — we can't guarantee we'll be able to process returns that arrive unannounced.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong part shipped, defective, damaged in transit), we cover return shipping both ways.
For buyer's-remorse returns (ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, doesn't fit your specific build), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to buyer's-remorse returns since every part is made-to-order. No restocking fee on returns caused by our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and one-off fabrication jobs are final sale. If we built a part specifically to your specs, we can't resell it — please double-check measurements and fit questions before placing a custom order.
Gift cards (when available) are non-returnable.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method — your bank may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the credit.
Damaged or Defective Parts
If your part arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We'll replace it at no charge, or refund you fully, whichever you prefer.
