Shipping

Made in the USA, shipped direct from our shop. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Every part is made-to-order in our USA shop. Typical processing is 5-10 business days before your order ships, depending on the item and current queue.

You'll get an order confirmation immediately, then a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your part goes out the door.

Carriers & Methods

We ship via UPS and USPS from our shop. Smaller parts (cup holders, speaker plates, light mounts) typically ship USPS. Larger items (heat shields, bed rails, brush plates) ship UPS Ground.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the carrier we select to balance cost and transit time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking link. You can also look up your order status any time by contacting us with your order number.

Delivery Timeframes

UPS Ground and USPS Priority: 2-5 business days from when your order ships, depending on destination.

We do not guarantee delivery dates — carriers do occasionally run behind, especially during peak seasons. We'll do everything we can on our end to ship on schedule.

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only. International customers, reach out — we may be able to coordinate freight on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the box AND the contents before discarding any packaging, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll make it right.

If tracking shows your package delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us if it doesn't turn up in 3 business days.
